This hybrid workshop—a joint initiative of the University of Toronto and the University of Sheffield—will explore food provisioning at the global and local levels. From food and drink (beer, intoxicants, rice) to farms, gardens, and food retail, speakers will discuss diverse forms of provisioning from historical and contemporary perspectives.
