You're invited to a new speaker series on Women and Contemporary Italian Theory.

The theme for 2025 will be Forms of Power and (Im)Potentiality. This series aims to establish a dynamic platform for scholars, faculty, and students both in Toronto and beyond to share their research, ideas, and foster academic collaboration.

We are pleased to welcome Elizabeth Povinelli from Columbia University and Simona Forti from Scuola Normale Superiore as keynote speakers for this event.

The events will be held in person, followed by light refreshments, and will also be streamed online for those who are unable to attend in person.
